Terms & Conditions

All online transactions at the Interior Gardens website are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us, thereby protecting your information.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If you cannot find a product you wish to purchase on the website, please send us an email or give us a call. We will be happy to order it for you or suggest a comparable product if it is not available.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Interior Gardens accepts all major credit cards for web, telephone, and in-store purchases. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and PayPal. U.S. Postal money orders (available at your local post office) are only type of money order accepted and can be shipped to: Interior Gardens, Inc., 1620 Central Ave NE #115, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Please include a printed copy of your completed Internet order with the money order. If you send a money order, include the amount for the items (including shipping charges) in the total amount.

RETURN POLICY

(This return policy may vary slightly from in-store and catalog policies.)

Interior Gardens, Inc. will refund your money with a few exceptions (subject to a 15% restocking fee) within 30 days of receipt. In order to offer you the lowest prices possible, please adhere to the following return policy.

Prior to returning any item for refund or repair you must contact Interior Gardens, Inc. and request authorization for the return or repair. This helps us keep track of you return. You may call us at 1-800-498-4178 or 612-870-9077 or e-mail at orders@interiorgardens.com. This is for all orders from thegrowlight.com as well as Interior Gardens.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges of any opened lighting or growing system which is returned or exchanged, unless defective as well as any returns made without the receipt. Any damages which occur during transit due to improper packaging will affect the refund amount.

If you are returning items by mail, please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories that you received with the product to avoid any additional fees. Also, please indicate the reason for the return so that it may be processed correctly. We recommend items be returned via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges (relevant to that item) if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 calendar days for completion. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

Quantity Limits, Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction. We reserve the right to modify this site's content at any time.

Shipping Charges for Large Quantities and Oversized Items

Large numbers of smaller items e.g., 75 4” square nursery pots, are sometimes interpreted by the website to necessitate separate shipping charges. If you feel your shipping charges are incorrect, please call customer service at 1.800.498.4178 or send us an e-mail at info@interiorgardens.com and we will be happy to correct the issue and process your order.

If you are ordering freight items or oversized items, e.g., a pallet of soil, the maximum shipping charge will be $150.00. For example, this applies to freight items such as the AeroFlo2 60 aeroponic grow system and any accessories which may be added to the order such as Hydroton, ballasts, bulbs, reflectors, meters and nutrients. As long as these items are ordered together, the shipping will remain at $150 maximum.
